Let me say this, I love Pinterest!  I have been pinning for two years and get a huge kick out of the site and all that it provides.  I am starting this blog to have a place to expand on pinning, pinners and the whole social media phenomenon.  I welcome other pinners to share comments here, but I will moderate and editorialize.  While I have been wanting to do this for a long while, I was moved to start today by yet another intra-pinner argument on one of my pins.  My practice has been to delete pins that have inappropriate comments or discussion.  I also delete individual comments that I feel don't belong on my boards.  

Pinterest is FUN for me.  I look forward to seeing what my peeps have pinned.  My trips "down the rabbit hole" of the internet via pins lead me to wonderful sites.  My boards are for inspiration (or pinspiration...), to help me remember or just to make me smile.  On the positive side - I have made pin-friends and laughed and celebrated more wonderful comments than I can count.  There are negatives too.  While there is no intention to offend or start political slugfests, some of the comments made on MY pins are simply beyond rude.    I find it very Pinteresting will be my place to expand on my experience.
